We only read your shopping emails: orders, shipping, returns and refunds. We never sell your data.

Forwarding is always a choice

Forward only the order emails you choose to orders@theonetap.co. Forwarding does not connect your inbox.

Connect Gmail (early access)

Only gmail.readonly is requested. OneTap never sends, deletes, labels or changes email. Non-shopping emails are skipped and not stored.

Shopping emails can include orders, shipping, return labels, refunds, gift cards and store credit. Imports cover the last 90 days; orders appear within 15 minutes.

Your controls

Open Settings, then How OneTap gets your orders, then Connect Gmail or Disconnect. Disconnect revokes access. Email text is cleared 30 days after import; backups are kept 7 days. Deleting your account deletes Gmail-derived data.

The AI provider does not train on this data. See the Google user data section and Limited Use statement in the Privacy Policy.
